Review process
We may request further information, notify the relevant contributor, and temporarily disable or remove a listing while reviewing a credible complaint. We may restore material if the complaint is withdrawn, resolved or not substantiated, and may refuse notices that are incomplete, abusive or clearly made in bad faith.
Removal does not constitute an admission of liability. FAN CAVE may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests. This process is not legal advice and does not limit any right or remedy available to a complainant or affected party.
